Oasis (What's The Story) Morning Glory?

If there's anyone in here giving votes based on personal likes or dislikes, it's just you. It's fine to say that it marked your musical life, but when I hear "Wonderwall," "Don't Look Back In Anger," and "Champagne Supernova" referred to as groundbreaking songs, well, that's just ridiculous. Wonderwall is just a catchy tune like many others (quite banal, by the way), thousands of them come out every year. And what year are we talking about? '95? Do you even know the albums that were released in '95? Want me to list a few? Red Medicine by Fugazi, The Increased Difficulty Of Concentration by Air Liquide, Mundus Subterraneus by Lightwave, 2 by Don Caballero, The Burning Circle And Then Dust by Lycia, Yes by Morphine, Gash by Foetus, Long Division by Low, Scenes From The South Island by Roy Montgomery, Clockseed by Vampire Rodents; the year before, masterpieces of rock history like Geek The Girl by Lisa Germano, The Charm Of The Highway Strip by Magnetic Fields, The Downward Spiral by Nine Inch Nails had come out; I could go on... a personal curiosity: have you ever listened to the albums I've just mentioned?

Come on guys, you can do it, from here to a hundred is nothing. P.S. you're second only to the Pink Floyd!!! Come on, you can surpass them, you got this!!! I believe in you!!!! But fuck off.

I didn't particularly like it. Where a "Zombie Boy" or a "Three Way" stands out, there are just as many that come off as rather mundane.

No. The best progressive albums are In the Curt and Third. Then there's this.

Online, if you know how to search, you can find things that are definitely better than you think.

Well, I found it rather bland; there are some good episodes (Zombie Boys, Three Way), but in the end, I think it contains an excessive amount of pointless tracks.

Yes, it's true, it was a misunderstanding. Anyway, in '65, the rock'n'roll revolution led by Chuck Berry had already been around for almost 10 years, and Dylan's "Highway 61 Revisited" had already been released.
