I was more than just a die-hard fan of A.I.C., one of those who even prayed to the Madonna for Layne not to die (okay, I was 18).
2 or 3 beautiful tracks, the rest though not up to par, actually.

As a die-hard superfan, I recommend those who are testing Motorpsycho for the first time to start with their other works (from 1993 to 1998, which is their peak). Well, after a couple of listens, this particular album certainly leaves one amazed by the groove and execution, but it's been years since they've produced their true sound—eventually, it had to happen. Now they showcase more technical skill and punch, enjoying living in the 2000s as if it were the '70s. Nevertheless, they remain number one on stage, and I will go see them as always, hoping for a Trapdoor, a Golden Core, or a Drug Thing.

Bring It On, In Our Gun, and How We Operate are my three favorites. The others are still great works. If only there were more bands like Gomez. For those who haven't seen them, enjoy the live performances online; they are even better than on record.
