Alessio, I know very well that the Sex Pistols were also a marketing phenomenon, but results are what counts, believe me. And the result of the Backstreet is SHIT, plain and simple! Of course, everyone starts making music not only for glory and passion but also to earn something from it, and for this purpose, good or bad, resources are exploited, but then the important thing is what comes out of it, right? You don’t like the Clash and call them mediocre because you lack objectivity, in my opinion, just like when you compare them to the little shit B.B. I detest Queen, and after 5 minutes of Freddie's voice, I have a nervous breakdown, but I’m careful not to say he couldn't sing or that they played like dogs. Now goodbye for real, it’s been nice to discuss civilly with you, fiery and passionate :-)

now he's doing the same with the clash I say but don't expect someone not to give you something, alessio, come on, the backstreet boys, what a crap, that's nothing it's marketing, and something built from scratch, a money-making machine. inappropriate comparison I repeat.

Alessio, I never said your opinion is stupid; I just find it a bit random, allow me... ole, I only mentioned Nirvana because Alessio adores them and gets pissed off when someone calls them a little band that couldn't play.... now he's doing the same... no comparison to the Clash, believe me, it wouldn't make sense.

No, they weren't arrogant, but neither were The Clash. The Clash didn't make "Sandinista!" out of arrogance; in fact, it was distributed in a few copies. Otherwise, they would have had a spectacular release with lots of copies and a lot of hype...

I talked about the nirvana to make you understand that in my opinion, if they had tried to do something more complicated, they wouldn't have succeeded. That's all.

Alessio, okay, you were talking about their early period, and I know that many refer to the Clash's punk as being girly, but that doesn't justify the comparison with the Backstreet Boys.

ehm....sorry, but you say they are the Backstreet Boys of the 80s and that they're uninvolved. I think you need to brush up on the Clash a bit because your ideas aren't clear....Sandinista, too, I know that most haven’t even finished listening to it because they were fed up before the halfway point and because they were expecting.....London Calling 2. Sandinista is the peak of this band, and those who know them well understand how they sounded and the creativity and commitment in their compositions. They knew how to play and could afford an album like Sandinista....the other historic punk bands? I don’t know. And what about your Nirvana, Alessio? I really don’t think so, and I say this as someone who loved them. Of course, someone who praises Nirvana like you do and compares the Clash to the Backstreet Boys is a bit amusing, isn’t it? :-)
