I was at the concert in Rome instead...no barriers, lots of hits (now in Rome, the mosh is in vogue instead of the dear old pogo, that is, elbows, kicks, and free shoves...oh well) and I even totally snagged the setlist...couldn't be better. The old chubby guy with a weird haircut still had something wonderfully striking about him.

I’ve never been convinced either...the blame definitely lies with the production, which is really, really terrible...on record I find them just too dull and harmless. Then, with songs like those, they must have been a tank live...but since I’ve never enjoyed them in that context, I still prefer the monstrous Sodom or the magnificent Kreator by far.
