...but why? With all the beautiful albums and countless deserving artists still missing from DeB's archive, what the hell is the point of a review from this chick?? Fun review but ultimately useless.
Red Hot Chili Peppers One Hot Minute

Great album, too underrated and often forgotten when talking about them.

Of course they kick ass, they're my favorite thrash band :D but they're definitely less heavy than, I don't know, Kreator or Exodus...

I have always found this show extremely unpleasant; I feel a refractory hatred for all its characters.

What a shame not to have been there...

Great album, even the same "Pennywise" is a show!

Recommended by many, I will listen... even though I tend to be wary, in the thrash scene, of forgotten bands that everyone tends to glorify... Sacred Reich, for example, left me quite indifferent.
Afterhours Afterhours Presentano: Il Paese E' Reale

It's a good attempt to spread Italian alternative music, okay... too bad that 70% of the bands in question suck (them, or the ubiquitous song). What a shame, it could have been a great opportunity.

I agree with Germs... (by the way, thank you, and thanks to everyone for the comments!) you can't compare the Distortion to the HC bands from that area and that time; even though they shared the same background, they didn’t have the same musical views... Ness has always been a bluesman in punk attire, after all.

Madonna's album, period.
