Maximum respect for him and his "Brilliant Trees" and "Secrets Of The Beehive." But I never understood this.

Eleven (or rather, it seems that this year they amount to twelve) albums of nothing.

I listened to it once and a half times, and frankly, I didn't understand a damn thing. I'll give it another try.

"It is also by going through 'mediocre' records that one develops their own musical consciousness," I would say summarizes the crux of the matter. The fact is that over the years I’ve become increasingly picky or rigid, especially towards this medal that I can now appreciate/love only in a small portion that I carefully select (perhaps I've reached a saturation point)... To tell you, I can no longer enjoy the melodeath, gothic, and a good part of the black that comes out today, even though I always try; I look in every way to find interesting insights in some new band that piques my curiosity, but most of the time I end up with nothing to show for it. And so, from being an obsessed little medal collector, I’ve turned into a boring grump who is no longer satisfied with anything within the genre... I wonder which is better... Anyway, for Katatonia the discussion is more complex since they are one of my all-time favorite bands (possibly THE favorite in all rock/metal and related genres), and if I tell you that out of nine albums they’ve released, I would give top marks to all of them (including the latest) except for a couple, then you’ll understand that you’re talking to an irredeemable katatominkia who knows no impartiality!! P.S. congrats on graduating, what did you study? I think I’ll be stuck for another year... -_- P.P.S. if you wrote the review today or yesterday, it looks like it will be published in no less than five or six days... But maybe the dwarfs will speed up the process...

For me, it's a good film and it didn’t disappoint me, but I must say that I wasn’t expecting much. Toward the end, it loses a lot (and yes, the mega urban fight is pathetic) but oh well. 3.5, but I’ll round down because I gave the previous one a 4. P.S. Am I the only one who found Bane’s dubbing annoying? That damn dragged-out speech, diobòno!
