Cute... It didn't blow me away.
Anneke van Giersbergen Drive

Nothing really special or memorable. Just a couple of nice tracks and that's it.
Ulver Messe I.X-VI.X

3.5. Very peculiar, in my opinion a successful experiment (yet another one). I wasn't very fond of the sparse presence of Garm's voice. Still, I think I'm among the few who prefer the previous and much underrated "Wars Of The Roses."
Wong Kar-Wai Honk Kong Express

The review is well done, but... Andrew Lau NOT UP TO PAR?!?! Whaaaaaat?!?
The film still gets a solid 5 from me, and the next one, Lost Angels, is even better in my opinion.
Diamanda Galás Schrei X

Cute, not among his best performances. 2.5
Paul Hyett The Seasoning House
Voto:
Watchable. The basic idea is nice, as well as the set design and the murky atmosphere. Other than that, it didn’t impress me at all; the girl’s escape seemed a bit unrealistic (just like the fact that she could take out soldiers, and everything that happens afterward), while the ending... well. I also didn’t quite understand the purpose of all those slow-motion shots, sometimes functional, other times just thrown in for effect.
Coil The Ape Of Naples

5 Secco. My favorite by Coil. Incomplete? Perhaps it's better to define it as elusive. I wouldn't take away or add anything, it's perfect just the way it is.
Deafheaven Sunbather

Stratospheric.
The Ocean Pelagial

I may be repetitive, but for me, the best of today's metal (and metal in general) is found in the latest Altar Of Plagues.
Blackmore's Night Dancer And The Moon

They have been arriving since the Greek Kalends.
