I can share my thoughts having played all the episodes of the saga, from the first to Shattered Memories, and in my opinion, Homecoming isn't great; they made it a bit too action-oriented, and as a result, the game lost some of its thriller-horror pathos. As for the fourth chapter, I don't think it meets the level of the first three, but I still consider it a good game, above average. For me, it was enjoyable until the very end. Rating: 3.5.
