As for the review, it’s definitely good, you’re right, and the proposal is original, especially considering it comes from a guy who listens to that filthy '80s revival that others call indie. The song is by Mauro Pagani, dated if I'm not mistaken 2003 (was it? they ruined it, dirty bastards). I think that we should judge only the musical value of the pieces, and in this case it comes close to 0.
