are you sure it’s not called "the days of gays"? oh no, because that’s what it seemed to me

The meaning, which I believe is rarely grasped, of this book is another: it’s not about two punkabbesia taking a trip across America and Mexico in search of themselves, just so they can say "how cool I am, I did a road trip," but rather about two misfits, two individuals who can’t stay in one place because nothing belongs to them. They delude themselves into thinking they can find happiness somewhere else, and they strive to reach it, only to never really get there, or to arrive only to be disappointed. Rootless, without a future. In this way, they are like Ulysses, and like everyone else. They never fully and completely embrace happiness, understood in an absolute sense, but only for brief moments (like during the jazz jam they attend, I believe in the early chapters). On the road is not a journey of discovery (or at least that is not the purpose nor, apparently, the result), it is a journey of escape and hope.

I read it when I was 10 years old, after which I refused to read it again in later years, except for a few chapters, because it’s a book that should be read at that age. And, ABOVE ALL, THIS BOOK SHOULD NOT BE REVIEWED OR CRITICIZED, IT SHOULD JUST BE READ (apart from this, terrible review).

terrible review for a masterpiece. Track-by-track boring and pointless. Moreover, you spent very little time on the last two tracks, which I think are particularly beautiful.

I saw it again a few days ago on a local channel; it was one of my favorite movies as a kid, and maybe I'm surrendering to nostalgia, but... guys, this is really a touching film, and look at how Americans are represented here! Today, everyone is just kissing ass and blindly copying the stereotypes of those hamburger-eaters. I'm not saying to hate Americans because that would be the opposite of reality, but I hate any form of cultural colonization, and whether they like it or not, Americans are champions at this. Three-quarters of the damn Italian movies today that mimic the structures of the damn American movies are a stab at who we are, not as a nation but as individuals. We have lost the ability to tell our own story.

Guys, this is like legendary, this album is insane, it's a miracle, it's fantastic, it's... the first CD I listened to by The Cure. 5 all the way, even just "Funeral Party" or "All Cats Are Gray" are worth a repeat listen 24/7.

I'll definitely take a closer look. I was referring to the fact that many impro noise things, even the highly promoted ones, turn out to be, as you said, junk, a mess of unbearable sounds. However, the participants seem to be a guarantee of reliability, so I’ll give it a chance.

It sounds great, are you sure it isn't something unbearable?

Guys... it's insane, I couldn't believe it... but just think about how many people will believe that EVEN THE MUSIC is by Vasco?!? Chills, I think we're really going to have to emigrate to the moon, but, as a guy once said, 'ngopp a facc ca nun s ver ra terr. Vasco's lyrics completely distort the song, transform it, make it an inconceivable piece of crap; the voice doesn't blend at all with the music like Yorke's used to, I mean, I don't know.
