Great movie, review with balls. Well done and thanks once again!
Dino Risi Una vita difficile

An absolute masterpiece. They should screen it in schools during History class so that kids can better understand what Italy was like during and after World War II and in the years of the "Reconstruction." Great review. Obviously, this is also a film that "makes you laugh," in my opinion: there are too many hilarious situations, like, for example, the scene where Silvio Magnozzi and his partner are in the palace of the monarchic nobles and the radio announces the victory of the republic while they find themselves alone "a magna'..." In the end, it's true that you watch this film "with one eye smiling and the other crying." Great Dino Risi, great Albertone.

It's incredible. It could be my own review. You've perfectly expressed my thoughts on the film and on "Italian comedies" in general... Well done!
Mario Monicelli Amici Miei

While I agree with happyhippo (see the second comment at the top of the list) and with charley, I give a maximum rating to the film trilogy as a whole and also to your review. The latter deserves praise for bringing back old memories (and it encourages us to dig out the old VHS tapes of the works in question), and in my opinion, it’s not poorly written at all; actually, even though where it says "Meandri," it should be "Melandri." As for Monicelli's trilogy, even if its quality is 'declining,' it still remains better than many low-quality products shown today at the cinema that unjustly carry the label "commedia all'italiana" (and in this, I am perfectly in tune with Poletti).
"Cunning as a deer? Rather cunning as a fox!"
"Yeah, but the fox doesn't have horns!"
Legendary.

Traveling Wilburys Volume 1
Voto:
Great album. The second one ('Vol. 3') is enjoyable too. Ah, one thing: 'Vol. I' was released (at least on vinyl: the one I own) without the real names of the musicians, but with the (quite extravagant) pseudonyms they chose. The legend says that they wanted to try to sell the album anonymously, as if they were complete strangers... Of course, the "cover" (if there ever was one) fell apart right away and, if the great Roy hadn't passed away, who knows, maybe this supergroup would have lasted a few more years. What’s certain is that Bob had a lot of fun with the Traveling Wilburys project...

Great! It brings back high school memories.

okay - I preferred Walter to Wendy, but if she (his ex) says it's better this way...

Great album, nearly perfect review. I only partially enjoyed the film 'Tommy'. In my opinion, it is only saved by the convincing and passionate performance of Roger D. The Who are an exceptional band.
Circus Movin' On
Voto:
... there is another prog band called Cirkus, English, which in '73 released an album named 'One', or 'Cirkus One'. Heavily influenced by the Moody Blues - and it closely resembles Cressida. I still don't know these other Circus (with a 'c' instead of a 'k'). I will get the album. A curiosity: until recently, I only knew the German Popol Vuh (those of Florian Fricke). Searching for their material with the e-donkey, I came across the Norwegian Popol Vuh: a very different kind of music, but extraordinarily exciting. This last band later changed its name, renaming itself Popol Ace...
