Ramones Animal Boy

I'm a bit skeptical about this record, for historical reasons. I mean, the Ramones had been around for a decade, and since their style wasn't subject to strong innovations, you could say they had already said everything during the golden age of punk. Just to be clear, it's not that they couldn't write good songs anymore, but their true historical value was starting to wane a bit. After all, if people say that punk is dead, it's because punk is a fairly self-sufficient style, not very open to innovations or influences. The Clash evolved and secured their place in history; I couldn't say the same for the Ramones. Certainly in the history of punk, but then? And last but not least, in 1986 and especially the following year, it seems to me there were greater musical revolutions happening than a Ramones album. In conclusion, a 2 rounded up to 3 out of respect.

come on, it's just not humanly possible. I already find it debatable to give 3 or 4 stars to an album by this mediocre pop band, but after all, tastes can be discussed. but giving 5 stars is a crime; 5 stars is more than just a good album, it's an important, essential, historical work, at least within a genre, if not in the history of music as a whole. you're out of your mind.

small note: the elevated style is typically understandable for anyone who knows Italian, whereas a random collection of elevated terms is not. I don't like the way you write at all.

I can’t even imagine what an apotheosis of tackiness the Manowar + Rhapsody tour could be. Between Adams' hairy underwear and Turilli's plastic swords, I truly wouldn't know what to choose. But damn, they fit, and the review is just as much.

Well, no one has ever told me anything. Like, really nothing. To each their own, after all, there are people who die for the dreat theaters...

Accusing Kyri of being a fake is like saying that Jesus Christ is God's fake (for those who believe).

Well, it's not just from those two, the 'tallica, battle. They're just two of the many bands that pay tribute in garage inc. What about Motörhead then??

get with the times, you're a fossil. it's not just them. go beyond, evolve, and stop whining about the 13th review (if not more) of this album.

battlegods the Korn were not nu metal, they were nu-metal! do you understand the difference? nu metal has never been liked, but at the beginning, Korn seemed more metal because they were laying the groundwork for a renewal (positive? who knows) of metal, by incorporating new elements. in this sense, Korn have always been nu metal; it's not that they are more nu metal now. simply put, now, partly due to their lost inspiration, they are conforming to the sound of all those modern metalcore/nu metal bands, the degenerate offspring of what they had created over ten years earlier.

but yes, it's a classic, long live Italy. up top, crap without a shred of worth, down below only pretentiousness, whoredom, and debauchery.
