For me, the character has fallen apart and the film is plastic. Elevating him to the status of a national character has, in general, ruined everything, starting with the magnificent image of the "unfinished" village in the background. Today, simply put, even this Cetto is mainstream and I, simply put, can't stand this faded version. I don't give it a 1 because, in any case, Albanese deserves it, and he knows his worth. But here, I didn't like it at all. What a shame, it shows that people today want to be fed this kind of stuff.

I wrote a review of a bossa album that somewhat resembles this one. I appreciate Shepp immensely (so much so that I reviewed him too). In short, something adds up. Excellent writing, I really enjoy it. Issimo.

In the end, the album is a bit of a wash. It sounds like Covenant with some nu metal flair. There are a few bits here and there that I found to be potentially interesting. Definitely not for me. Too cold, too many compromises, too much production.
