Forgotten Tomb Love's Burial Ground

A well-written review, but one I disagree with. I wasn't thrilled either, but the fact that it's well-played and well-produced counts for a lot. This work doesn't even sound Italian! And it pains me to say it! But it's true, it lacks the emotions that previous episodes managed to give me. I'm not here to comment on the band's way of promoting themselves, just as I will never comment on any political ideas or nonsense from any band, otherwise we fall into insults and comments that detract attention from the music.

You could have done more for this album, talked about it in different terms in my opinion. Anyway, the review is good, but it doesn't do justice to Wolfheart, an album that opened the doors for me to a music I thought was very far from me. Stunning.
Iron Maiden A Matter Of Life And Death
Voto:
This album, for me, is yet another style failure from the Maiden. Besides the fact that I've never liked them... but that's a matter of taste... I've never denied the great value of some of their past albums.
In my opinion, it should be the Maiden who respects the fans and get the hell out of here with these pointless disks. Only one song is good and that seems too little...
Seeing them still active gives me the same sadness as seeing Vieri still in football clubs...

Good review, great album. Really lively and fun, but it feels like one of those that grabs me now but I’ll set aside in the future. Just a simple perception of the moment, maybe I’m wrong.

Great album, terrible review. Aside from the unfortunately glaring errors... the name of the album is also wrong: Battles IN The North, not Battles OF The North. I just can't overlook that.
Gorgoroth Under The Sign Of Hell

Hello, it's not that I want to seem competent at all costs, I just enjoyed writing about an album that I find very valid. In my opinion, one shouldn't stop at seeing the more technically musical side of the work, but rather what it manages to convey. Musicians like Gorgoroth or Burzum are able, in the simplest way, to chill the listener. For me, that's what matters most. Regards.

Great review indeed, the best since I started visiting this site. Congratulations. You said more about the album than anything else. I can only confirm that it is majestically crafted to make you suffer and to show how far the hopes it manages to evoke are. They really hold their own against Katatonia; personally, I prefer this to The Great Cold Distance, and I rank it alongside Viva Emptiness. Growl here, smooth voice there... it hardly matters, this "whispered" growling is truly enveloping.

Against my will, both the review and the album are crap.

I absolutely give the highest praise to the review, for bringing them out, and to the career of Ratt!
