Queen + Paul Rodgers Return Of The Champions
Voto:
I haven't even listened to the new CD by the "Queen," but I'll start from a premise: in 1991, after Freddy's farewell, Brian May rightly stated that there can't be a Queen without Mercury, so they disbanded. Now, in 2006, after 15 years, the "Queen" reappear and this truly disgusts me, because breaking a promise is one of the most horrible things one can do; and what really pisses me off is that there are no other reasons than commercial ones. I never thought Brian May & co. were capable of such a low-level gesture. Poor Freddy!
Queen Queen On Fire "Live At The Bowl"
Voto:
first of all, it's called fat bottomed girls, and how can you say it's useless? I think it's very beautiful and full of energy... anyway, for the rest, the review isn't bad, but you could have mentioned that during May's solo, his guitar plug came off, which kind of ruined his performance...
Rino Gaetano La Storia
Voto:
I'm only 16 years old, so I can't fully understand the true Rino Gaetano, but a few years ago my father played "Nuntereggae più" for me, and something sparked inside me. I was especially struck by his sincerity, simplicity, and joy. I believe that the issues he addressed are still very relevant today. You could have put a bit more passion into this review!
Motörhead Overkill
Voto:
Motorhead are the epitome of consistency and never disappoint. But why isn’t there a review of Iron Fist? In my opinion, it's one of their best CDs...
Metallica Master of Puppets
Voto:
It's the only Metallica CD that I really like a lot. A true masterpiece. Great review.
Marilyn Manson Antichrist Superstar
Voto:
Manson really disgusts me! He's way too commercial, but you have to admit he's a clever trickster: in fact, he manages to fool a bunch of idiotic teenagers by claiming to be the Antichrist, the devil, or whatever... people think his message is transgressive, like in his beautiful videos where he licks the feet of licensed whores; but if this is transgressive, then what is Jim Morrison? Another thing I can't stand is how he acts all gay for no reason, maybe to appeal to the stupid audience that follows him; he's just a bad copy of Alice Cooper, now that's a real singer! As for the CD, I have to admit that overall it's not bad...
Iron Maiden Iron Maiden
Voto:
The CD doesn't need any comments, but I just wanted to clarify that "Sanctuary" was initially released as a separate single and was only included in the album after the reissues of the nineties.
Iron Maiden Iron Maiden
Voto:
one of my favorites. Paul Di'Anno is definitely technically inferior to Bruce Dickinson, who is a real inflated balloon, but he has that extra warmth that makes him seem like an ordinary person, one of us. Too bad he has had issues with drugs and alcohol...
Iron Maiden Fear Of The Dark
Voto:
It’s definitely different from the rest of the Maiden's works, but I still consider it a fantastic album. Wasting Love is a wonderful song! How can you say otherwise? And that remark you made about poor Blaze Bayley didn’t sit well with me... The X Factor had already been written for Dickinson, and Blaze, whose voice is definitely different from the previous singer, couldn’t do much more; while Virtual XI has been underestimated too much... it’s really a great CD.
Black Sabbath Technical Ecstasy
Voto:
I don't really agree with the final judgment, because it doesn't seem like a bad album to me... it's certainly not on the level of Paranoid, but I really liked it. I'll give you a 4 anyway because you're a big Black Sabbath fan.
