Hélène Grimaud Chopin - Rachmaninov

I also adore Queneau, but my comment wasn't exactly a compliment. Don't take it the wrong way, but it seems to me that you enjoy writing, but only as a style exercise, indeed, and in a somewhat narcissistic way. No hard feelings. Bye.

I'm intrigued. I've heard her cover of "Whole lotta love" performed live. Strange.

I liked it teeth, dreamlike, with some psychoanalytic pretensions, but I spent half the film with my hands in front of my eyes. I'm terrified of the dentist, like I think 90% of humankind.

...style exercises in the manner of Raymond...more form than content...I meant Queneau..................

Well, I liked it, but I don't see all these meanings and significants in the film, like in all of Salvatores' other films. It's like saying that Amnesia conveys a message about the father-son relationship or about drugs, or that Nirvana has some futuristic aspirations (not really that much, anyway) in the vein of Verne. They are just stories. And I like them. Easy. Smart. Some are prettier, some are less so. Stories that make you follow the plot and give you a laugh every now and then. Easy. Period.

David Lynch Una Storia Vera

Great review, very well written, but the film I’m afraid just didn’t do it for me; it’s the only one of Lynch's that I watched and ended up having a colossal nap during, and I hadn't even had pepper stew.

Beautiful review for a masterpiece. Honestly, writing about this film seems very, very difficult to me. A review I would never tackle, it's too hard to talk about it. Good job, I don't know if it's a guy or a girl.

Anyway, mea culpa on rap, I'm really ignorant about that genre, it's just that I don't get it, my ears and my little brain often reject it. For kosmogabri - even though it hasn't reached the levels of this movie, I really liked Assassins too, less significant but beautiful. Of course, that's a different story.

I know as much about fashion as I do about rap, which is basically nothing. I would love to understand it (rap) but I break out in a terrible rash and hemorrhoids if I listen to anything more hip-hop than Frankie Hi-NRG. I might catch some shit for the way I used the term hip-hop for sure!!!
