Jethro Tull Thick As A Brick
Voto:
No one said this is the best progressive album of all time, not because I don’t think it deserves the title, but because it's more of a style on its own. I don’t agree with those who say that after Benefit the Jethro albums are all terrible; in fact, right after comes Aqualung, which is a magnificent album featuring two standout tracks like "aqualung" and "locomotive breath." And then there are songs from the wood, passion play, etc...

My goodness, is this it???? So few lines to talk about Thick as a Brick???? I am really pissed off!!! You can't waste big words on bands like Oasis, Interpol, Muse, etc.... and limit yourself to this meager review of an album that isn't just an album but a true GENIUS piece!!! I am really horrified!!! Our reviewer probably listened to the album a couple of times, no more!! SHAMEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

It's interesting that you buy CDs at a low cost... mmmmm... really interesting... how do you do it?? :-)

Surely we are three people who listen to them in Italy, the third is my uncle who introduced me to them. I don't know if I'll buy the album because the second to last one didn't excite me, and I've somewhat abandoned them for a while to discover other progressive bands, and I must admit there are some really good ones!

And once again, I'm the first to comment on this review. eheheh!!! I hope I won't be the only one like on "jewel." Is it possible that there are only two of us following Pendragon? How sad. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the album since I haven't bought it yet. From your words, it seems to be an album that might only please potential fans, but nothing special... right?? In the review of Jewel, you told me you disagreed with me about their best works... what do you think is their best period??
Pendragon The Jewel

I have all the albums by Pendragon, and of the "new progressive" bands, they are one of my favorites. I can say that in their career they have made better albums than this one (see The World and The Masquerade Overture). I was waiting for some reviews about them, and finally, it has arrived. Everything our reviewer wrote is spot on, but they could have spent a couple more lines on it!
Mark Knopfler Sailing to Philadelphia
Voto:
The review is a bit lacking, but I agree with the author. I do not at all agree with those who criticize Knopfler and his way of playing the guitar... I have all his records (including the soundtracks), and I can say that he has played various styles, and all very well.

I became passionate about prog thanks to Pendragon, early Marillion, Genesis, and Jethro Tull. It was time to listen to these King Crimson as well and......I raise my hands, 39 minutes in shock!!!! What a great album....what geniuses!!!! I’m speechless!!!
