Watched the Reckless video on Flux, saw the cover, got the record (for 15 euros, blessed discoshop). You’re right, psychopompe: the trend of blends is rampant. But while everyone can appreciate the experimental fervor, few records of this kind manage to stand the test of time. This one does; their immediate second work, Bottoms Of Barrels (not yet released, I believe, in Europe), is, alas, much inferior...

In my opinion, Jil, Human is misleading, not so much because those sounds don't come back in the album (though never so effectively), but because it leads people to believe that Carpark is something (electropunkish and burnt) that they really are not.
