but what kind of childhood did black metallers have....if mother north is the best track on the album, I can only imagine the rest (what a masterpiece this song is)

response to ecioso: the review shouldn’t be a summary of the songs, otherwise it risks influencing others’ opinions about the album too much... I believe I've written the essentials... anyway, I don't think their influences are the bands you've mentioned... Sepultura, Dry Kill Logic, Korn are, I believe, the main influences of Cranimo... however, you can listen to them on MySpace to understand better: www.myspace.com/cranimo

I totally agree with the review; it's an unrepeatable CD, but it seems to me that the review is a bit too much from a die-hard fan... I'll tell you, Cliff, I'm also a huge fan of Metallica, but the review is too biased... however, great job!

Well, the temptation to call it hard rock is "strong," but I have to say that the CD is pure heavy metal, just not like Iron Maiden, as they belong more specifically to the N.W.O.B.H.M.... anyway, you don't need vinyl to say that the CD is heavy... then criticizing "Sad But True"...
