well FUCK... and us who live in Italy where every day, with taxes and other crap, they rob us of tons of money after a lifetime of work? Well, I would be even more bitter! In fact, I would start to stop doing drugs!!! :D

Furthermore, it is not true that Italians have terrible taste. Italian taste is appreciated around the world. When it is said that "Italians have terrible taste," it often means that Italian music is bad. Those who claim this indicate that they have no interest in getting to know our music, which is far from lacking in ideas and bands. Don't believe me? Have you ever listened to Stereokimono, Anatrofobia, Stefano Panunzi, IV Luna, A Piedi Nudi, and so on? No? Then let's not discuss Italian taste! In tune with Fidia :)
The Alan Parsons Project Tales Of Mistery And Immagination Of Edgar Allan Poe
Voto:
To this day, gentlemen, this remains the masterpiece of the APP. Perhaps the most inspired album with a beautiful concept, excellent orchestrations, and spine-chilling atmospheres. '76! Years of experimentation, years of playing with music. Let yourselves be immersed in the atmospheres of this album, perhaps while reading Poe's tales. Together, they are one the completion of the other. Masterpiece!
The Alan Parsons Project Eve
Voto:
Parsons' pop is非常 well-made, but over time it becomes repetitive. Parsons has failed to renew himself and often falls into sound clichés (conceived by him and Wolfson) that recur in all his albums. The masterpiece of the APP remains, in my opinion, Tales of Mystery and Imagination. This Eve is a nice album, enjoyable like all APP's production.

Doesn't it sound ridiculous to say that the singer would leave the band bitter because their equipment got stolen? It would be like saying "I’m quitting riding my bike because it got stolen!" Hmm! Maybe we’re just getting on their nerves! As for the rest... I’ve never heard them, and the review intrigues me quite a bit. Do they have any similarities with Ozric Tentacles?

very interesting! Definitely a beautiful review that sparks curiosity quite a bit. Some samples would really be nice :)
David Sylvian Words With The Shaman
Voto:
A note to Pascal: it makes no sense to force someone to confirm your emotion. For you, Sylvian evokes emotions that I share; Cannibal are good at making noise. But if that noise generates emotions and resonates with someone's temperament, well, then let's not criticize them. We are not in politics, and there's no need to convince anyone of the goodness of the product. Those who read you are already interested in this brilliant artist, or are merely curious. Sylvian is like a fine wine; it should be sipped in small doses. Vodka is something you drink all at once. Now, depending on the moment, I might prefer the sophistication of wine or the burning spirit of vodka. Neither is better than the other; it’s our feelings that push us toward one or the other. I hope I’m making myself clear!

This CD should be an EP taken from "Alchemy an index of possibilities" if I'm not mistaken. The review is very nice (too bad you missed that initial "K" instead of "ch," which I can't stand). Try listening to Stefano Panunzi with Timelines (an Italian Sylvian) or Saro Cosentino with TV Dinner (another Italian experimenter) who are definitely in line with the artist you reviewed excellently.
Bark Psychosis Hex
Voto:
Codename... is not up to the level of Hex. The group has now disintegrated and the samplings reign supreme. Codename is not a continuation of Hex, but simply something different, less beautiful and impactful. May I suggest you listen to NOSOUND with SOL29? There's a review with samples written by me... check it out and let me know what you think (if you like this music). Don't miss that record. :)

You're right, Kryst, forgive my lack of clarity. Among my reviews, you can find some underground Italians with plenty of samples... take a look, just out of pure curiosity. I have several names (at the moment I've been focusing only on scouting young Italians... and what nice surprises). I'm waiting for you... let me know. A hug. LP
