I didn’t call them "assholes"! Reading your comment again, I think we agree on many other things: the success/good music ratio (in the last 3 years it seems to me too often to be below 1), "loved," which I’ve only recently listened to (and it wasn’t easy to get it), a good album (excellent seems excessive), the necessary resources but the importance of having a record independence, etc… However, you have to acknowledge the objectivity of my review. It’s a pleasure to find someone to discuss with, I confess I’ve missed it. Register, and after the 21st when I graduate, I’ll be waiting for you. Bye.

You understand, I'm graduating... as soon as I'm done, I'll churn out about ten reviews for you! Bye.

Coppino, fuck you. First of all, I use my home computer (what a revelation, huh? But how could anyone ever have imagined it!) And then, if you like that kind of stuff, try starting with Iron Maiden, 1984 by Van Halen, Master of Puppets (a masterpiece in the history of music)... I won't even attempt to mention Deep Purple because I’m sure that with the cultural level you display, they would bore you after 20 minutes (at most).
Just have this certainty in life (I don't know how many others you might have): I, with a classical background and 4 years of piano behind me (never enough), seek out and cling to works that stand the test of time; probably the stuff you listen to will fade from memories before the acids that you likely drop rot yours.

2 for the title and 4 just because 5 to Hancock only for Mwandishi. In fact, we could discuss Sextant...

Oh oh, very fast. I wish 113 worked like that! Yes, good job, 4 Non Blondes. By the way, what about track 11, "little brother"? It's blatantly Pink Floyd, a bit of a mix between "San Tropez" from Meddle and "Pigs" from Animals (by the way, that Floydian current that Gilmour made sure to keep underestimated, but which I like so much). And don’t give me the vibe of the Poet who says that there are only seven notes and so everything is the same as everything!
Thanks for the lyrics.

Turkish - Thank you for your attention. It was just a provocation... I'm interested in your opinion, and I ask you: but if we narrow it down even more, doesn't it then become insufficient? What would you take out? What do you think, for example (which is the one I like the most) of Synchronicity? But isn't there the possibility of mailing each other, do we have to "dirty" the reviews with our thoughts not related to the album?
Cleo - Thank you for the appreciation, actually I prefer classical music. Then jazz. I saw the Cocteau Twins live, I can't remember if it was '96 or '97. Pleasant. If you like the song like that, a bit melancholic, and you have good will, I'm wondering if you've listened to Tim Buckley already? Difficult to follow, it's essential to have the lyrics with a translation at hand from the very first listen, but I find his work terrifyingly fascinating.

Sure, thanks. I would have said the same. I also agree with the intolerance for categorization, but, you will agree too, if it's not taken as absolute and given a bit of leeway, it can always be useful. The album you reviewed, I'm listening to it right now. Beautiful, very much so. However, it doesn't sound like a masterpiece to me. Track 4 borrows the initial chords from that hit from a few years ago "... and I say yea, yea, yea, what's going on..." remember? It deserves another listen. One more question: what’s the address you prefer to use to download the lyrics?
