A good album, but I find that the next one, Astrolabio, is even better, a pure psychedelic delight. The historic double-sided cover by Crepax is beautiful.

A classic modern post-rock album. Nothing new, but always thrilling. I listened to it about a year ago, and I remember that in its brevity it managed to evoke strong emotions.

Maybe it’s because I was given it to read in seventh grade, but the fact is I didn’t like it; in fact, maybe at the time I didn’t understand anything at all, and I put it down. And nowadays, I don’t know if I would pick it up again.

@PistolpetO: at least I write reviews, I'm not a damn lurker like you, who can only insult. You have no idea how pathetic you make me feel. And then you talk about old reviews, the latest ones seem to have been quite appreciated. Shame on you.

A somewhat "erroneous" review, check better next time. Especially for the good Zorn! :) This The Dreamers, as my colleague Bisius rightly pointed out, deserves a 4 due to some drag, but it remains a very good album. It would have fit well in the "Music Romance" series after The Gift, but Zorn decided otherwise, so that's fine. PS: from what it seems, reading the quotes, it looks like you don't know much about the discography, although I acknowledge it’s huge. Try to delve a bit into everything in the Zornian realm, which is always interesting and reveals albums that are MUCH more beautiful than this one. Merry Christmas to everyone!

I quote, there is, once in a while.. The first time I heard the "sundance" on Friday Night, I was left speechless. Elegantissimo Elegant Gipsy, a gem.

Bow down to Bisius, guys. Amazing show review, as always, and a terrifying disc! 5, as usual. @xyz: it depends. If you’re familiar with the experimental, it's really nice. Otherwise, give it a try anyway, but it's definitely a bit particular. Fortunately, the three musicians are very relaxed, even Reed. What comes out is a noteworthy collage.

Always better than reviewing Brandy.. XD Anyway, great Appe, always the best, at least for the recommendations; 90% of what's on the homepage is pretty sad. I listened to this only once, but I admit that (being a fan of GYBE and Silver Mt. Zion), I didn't understand anything, and in the end, it even bored me. Maybe it was just a bad moment; I’ll give it another shot next year. Happy holidays anyway.
