Great little villain... but I suspect I know you, so you’re not trustworthy.

In my hurry, as usual, I forgot the rating: of course, 5/5. I rewrote the review, not because I thought it was poorly done, but because the readers themselves rejected it, and it seemed a shame not to dedicate the right space to the album.

I don’t know the album, but the review and the comments below make it very interesting. As for Yes, I have never really loved them; they're a bit too inconsistent even in their best albums. That said, they are great and, in the face of so much trash that clogs the record stores, they deserve a pedestal.

The 3 refers to the album, for various reasons, as you pointed out, not to the band. To clarify: I would give 5/5 to Abbey Road, 5/5 to Sgt. Pepper, and lower scores to the other albums. In particular, I have never loved the White Album; it seems pretentious to me and clearly highlights how in that album the Beatles had become "retrograde," chasing the trends of the moment rather than setting them and showcasing their shortcomings as musicians (calling Clapton to play the solo on While my Guitar...). As a final exam, it was a failure... the retake was Abbey Road, with better results (see in particular You never give me...). Then nothing, even as solo artists.

Excellent review, it details every single piece. It fits well with the one I wrote a few days ago: it doesn’t change, obviously, the substance of the judgment of the group.

You've stolen my idea of writing something about this album, but you did it remarkably well and I wouldn't have been able to add more (in fact, I would have written less, and less well). I completely agree, it is indeed a forgotten gem... which shines the most in Heading on... On the Run, Desert Plains, and Solar Angels. I may be a heretic, but I like it more than the next two albums... Reading these reviews has given me the urge to write again, so in a few days, I will have some news, even in the Priest realm.

Great review and a nice revival of a vintage album. Keep it up.

Great review and excellent album, the best by The Who.

It was an encyclopedia of the Arcana... I don't remember the author. It hasn't been seen on the shelves anymore, but it was stunning...
