@London: I wouldn't say I have a desire to stand out; I channel it towards more important things... Regarding the Beatles, your arguments seem to me to be specious and lacking concrete evidence. Personally, I listened to them with a virgin ear, having no parents, uncles, or cousins raised in their myth, and I don't find them different from other bands. But these are opinions, make it clear, I don't like assertive tones. Which, on the other hand, you seem to enjoy.

@ "false" Pier_Paolo: 5 to the albums, not to the reviewers. Beyond the "friendship" between Harrison and Clapton (who even stole his wife), I reiterate the technical poverty of the guitarist from the Scarafaggi.
@ London: dereview the mentioned solo albums and let me know in detail. Sure, Page, Daltrey, May, etc. haven’t done much on their own either: but your exception proves too much, as they say, nor have the aforementioned ever compared themselves to JC, if you don’t mind, or acted as pacifists from a penthouse in New York.
