Dino Risi Profumo Di Donna
Voto:
In the 1970s, the masters of Italian comedy flirt with death: from this film to "Amici miei," passing through Sordi in "La più bella serata della mia vita," there are balances, not always positive, of the lives of the protagonists in the various films. The actors mature, the directors grow old and mature: it’s almost the epitaph of an unrepeatable era for our cinema. The last noteworthy work of Risi, before sinking into oblivion.
Judas Priest Killing Machine

Both are must-haves, the best of the Priest discography: for variety, I would lean towards this one, perhaps more tied to the tradition of the '70s; for violence and sound impact, Stained Class, which is also quite unsettling in various tracks, as well as in the beautiful cover.

I quote Poletti. I haven't seen this, but the story is intriguing.
Gentle Giant Interview

Think Steo, that one of the blond singers you mention, the one from "People from Ibiza" whose name escapes me, said in an interview a few years ago, more or less: "What do you want, I was making crap music, I liked King Crimson, Yes, Led Zeppelin, and I played them as a kid, but in the '80s the record labels didn't care, they wanted the music for which you know me." He seemed sincere and disillusioned, not overly disparaging of the successes that made him rich: but it confirms the trend of those years, in which, by the way, the banner of complex, dissonant, adult music was carried forward near New York by the forerunners of the emerging "post rock." Thanks to the authors of the last two comments.

Great continuation of your mission. There's one detail in the poster that I really like: the Timberland boots with white socks worn by the protagonist. There's a whole world in this detail, a recherche du temps perdu... fortunately lost, I would say.

Poletti, as a judge you would be draconian: however, the Italian justice system is in shambles, mainly due to the lawyers' lobby, the only ones who profit from the eternal pendency of a lawsuit.

Alright Poletti, just so you know, I'm not bitter. I like the Venice of my five consecutive school trips in elementary school (the teacher was Venetian).

To those who have seen the movie: without spoiling the surprise for any potential readers, how did you react to the final "twist"? I find it hard to fall asleep when I think back on it, but I'm asking for your opinion...

Poletti, by speaking badly of this film, you brought bad luck upon yourself.
