@fenni you are always so kind, I hope you can find the time to make a great comeback:DDD @Bartleboom well now let’s not exaggerate, I’m not up to date on all the releases, for example I haven’t listened to "Schizo Deluxe" and "Metal." "Alice In Hell" would be your first duplicate, while there's "Never Neverland" still to be dealt with, I had put something down but I’ll gladly step aside:DDD

@lethe is a bit long and I admit it’s hard to read it all at once, however this album has a special flavor for me, thank you for your visit @cynic the name of one of my favorite bands, "Focus" is immense.

Both this and the subsequent "Green" are like dwarfs compared to the first two works; I listened to this album some time ago while waiting in the car for my mother-in-law to finish her shopping. I listened to two or three tracks and was not impressed. It could be that Russ can no longer perform certain vocal lines, it could be that Locicero wants to outdo Robb Flynn (they're friends), it could be that Steve Jacobs, a great drummer, does not bring compositional ideas like Bostaph. However, the album is listenable, sufficient, but I don't feel like agreeing with the review, not because it's poorly written, but because I don't share the content: "Wake Up" is a nice piece, certainly not at the level of "Infinite," but still, it's something to settle for. I would like to know if you like the Torque by Phil Demmel.

So Frank, the album is mysterious starting from the green cover, with the band's name written in large letters, the fact that it’s set in space, and that "Warning" was a song by Black Sabbath (the dark sound of the debut), so I make the connection between these elements a bit like Bloom from Joyce. Then I flip the worn vinyl and see the band, smoke below, Geoff serious, dark colors, tanned skin, black eyes, the blackened band seems to come from a spaceship (Nostromo?). I've never listened to the debut, so I trust what I read in the Encyclopedia of Heavy Metal (Arcana Editrice, 1990-1991). I put the record on, and the title track kicks in with Geoff's majestic voice and the sound is hard yet polished (“progressive identity” says the Encyclopedia), and throughout the album the sonorities are atmospheric, not impactful. I also seem to notice that the final song "The Road To Madness" lasts almost ten minutes. In short, the record is captivating and requires more listens to be understood, and it's a strong catalyst of images in my mind... mysterious like the object of "Presence" by Led Zeppelin, another misunderstood and beautiful album. Goodnight everyone:DD

@Dr.Fottermeier it's also my curiosity, but I still can't find the lyrics of Midas Touch by Presage Of Disaster.

After a couple of listens, the first Agora has worn me out, perhaps due to the voice.

Very well-written review. I remember listening to them but not being impressed; it seems they were also ruthlessly panned by Metal Hammer, while "Symbolic" and "Domination" were praised (in the same issue). To each their own.
