Todd Rundgren The Ever Popular Tortured Artist Effect

Not me. I think you can make it to Tepes; -D
Napalm Death Harmony Corruption

I agree with tepes. However, the production is too mashed, a bit like how you mash cod. Scott Burns did the same thing with "Human" by Death.

Good review, but I don't think I'll dive deeper. I listened to "Hallucination" and I didn't like it.
Mr. Mister Welcome To The Real World

I truly thank everyone who commented. I don't think there is a "right" 80s music and a "wrong" one from the same period; there is only music that you like and music that you don't. "Welcome To The Real World" is a good pop album, but then I might hear Throbbing Gristle and not understand a thing, left perplexed, while people around me look at me as if I were a stray cat dancing in the trash cans. It's better to speak well of what you know than poorly of, for instance, the Bauhaus, who I've listened to but haven't fully processed. For example, I listened to PIL's "Album" and I could write something... but I'm convinced that to talk about an album, you also have to know everything else that came before, and there's a lot to unpack there, and I might burn myself. Until next time!

Tonight the starry sky was beautiful, this is very good music to contemplate it. I think of, just without thinking about it, the Zeppelins of "Friend" when they did it again with the Bombay orchestra. Very good nonetheless.

Thanks to everyone for the comments, truly much appreciated. mien_mo_man, I am actually thinking of alternating some pop reviews with these continuous thrash ones, not because I'm getting tired of writing about speed or sound compression, but because I started as a pop fan in the '80s and became an avid listener of heavy music around 1990. I talk about thrash because I feel comfortable with it and I prefer not to ruin other albums (of different genres) that I don't have in mind. With Men At Work, I did some decent but not smooth reviews, even though I had them well in mind. I tried with Adam and you saw the result, so it's better to discuss things I'm familiar with. For '80s pop, I mean Paul King, Blow Monkeys, or Level 42, which aren't exactly pop. Anyway, I'm about to publish a pop review;-)
Entombed DCLXVI - To Ride, Shoot Straight And Speak The Truth!

I really like the song "Eyemaster" by Entombed and the mini "Hollowman". It's a very controversial album, but I still need to listen to the debut and "Clandestine" so that can wait.

I've heard a lot about these Morgoth and they're on my shopping list. The review is very good and reminded me to delve deeper into this group.
The Ark Prayer For The Weekend

I read something about Painsy Division, but they're not glam, they sound like gay core. bands that belong. These The Ark I've never heard of, but I remember the title of a song by Gerry Rafferty, the opening one from "City To City." The review is excellent, very ironic, written in a stream-of-consciousness style, as if the thoughts of Bloom from Joyce had been captured and put on paper instantly. When Svevo discovered Kafka, he would wake up at night and read parts of his novels to his wife; I think you have that enthusiasm + correct punctuation and a treasure trove of culture. That's why you do so well. Compliments!

The time I have I dedicate to my family: the most beautiful feelings are when I hug my wife and my son when I get home in the evening. Before I go to sleep, I write furiously while they are asleep, so I can't do more. Since I'm in the car for two hours a day, I listen to music there; I can't even watch a movie, but that's okay. Thank you for your respect, good night!
