Never liked them, honestly, but the reception is good. Welcome!

Hi Bartle, I just arrived, I was at the Cascades Park in Molina (VR), a nice little spot in the Lessini mountains, and there was little traffic around, especially on the A4. I just read your comment and I agree with everything. I only want to add that with a genre like thrash, it’s hard to invent something new, apart from the "forgetful" riff that's considered new because no one remembers it. What really makes the difference is always the compositional skill. I listened to Testament and I can speak well of them, especially praising individuals like Bostaph or Andy Sneap as a producer within a framework of "craftsmanship," which doesn’t necessarily mean something negative (not to mention that the "longing for Testament" lasted for 9 years, a nice springboard). Of course, I’m speaking off the cuff, without thinking…wait, wait… Destruction! Right, if you listen to their latest works, there's the heavenly drummer Marc Reign. The cheeky comedy... but see, if you take Bombolo and make him the lead in a whole movie, it won't be funny; he’s funny as a counterpart to "Monnezza" or alongside Cannavale, he’s a caricatured figure. In short, there’s nothing left but to reevaluate everything, but I don’t want MySpace, I just want the kindergarten to be called that and not nursery school, that the garbage collector is the one with the ragged broom, not the ecological operator. But back to the point: digipak, bonus track, demo tape, return of the picture vinyl, reprints from Nuclear Blast, here’s the new religion. Here are my thoughts right now. I’m going to take a shower and the (wonderful) Saturday continues. Bye :DD

Hi Bartle, no I haven't heard it, but I'll take care of it right away also because in the long run I’d like to do something about the first two... well, we’ll see, there’s still quite a bit of stuff among the main thrash bands (Onslaught and Vendetta foremost). Of course, with downloads it's easy to have all the thrash at hand, or any genre for that matter, but the thrill of an old vinyl (maybe used) is unmatched. It's rare for an old thrash band to reunite and really crush it, for example, Onslaught has definitely improved technically, but they've lost the magic of their early days (déjà vu à go go). Recording techniques have changed as well, and in interviews, everyone says their latest work is the best. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not someone who simply praises the past, but... I heard the demo from the reformed Gammacide and they really kick ass. We'll catch up soon, I'm working on several reviews and hope something good comes out of it ;-)

@Bartleboom you really don't need to apologize, you’ve been a gentleman as always, an example for me @OleEinar, ElectricOne, Giudicewoodcock I completely understand your point of view, I'm a bit annoyed... I actually regret not being able to exchange opinions with other users because of a fake. @ElectricOne, I read a lot on Encyclopaedia Metallum and I still have old metal magazines from the '90s... then there's eMule that does the rest; however, I'm not a good metal thinker. Greetings to all.

It would have been better if I hadn't sent anything; this time it turned into a terrible discussion. That's why I'm reluctant to send reviews; in this case, mine was completely useless. No worries, I guess I'll just send them to my friends Bartocram and that's it.

Mr. Veneranda met a familiar face on the street.
“Oh!” said Mr. Veneranda's acquaintance to Mr. Veneranda. “How are you?”
“How?” asked Mr. Veneranda.
“How are you?” repeated Mr. Veneranda's acquaintance.
“Well, I really wouldn’t know,” said Mr. Veneranda, who didn’t understand.
“What do you mean, you wouldn't know?”
“Since you haven’t told me who you’re talking about, I can’t possibly know how they are. Who? My relatives are all fine, thank you, most of my friends as well, except for Tommasino who has a cold. Were you perhaps referring to Tommasino?”
“Not me, I...” stammered Mr. Veneranda's acquaintance.
“Not you, you, how am I supposed to know who you want to talk about if you don’t explain yourself? Were you referring to that gentleman over there passing by? I don’t know how he is, I’ve never seen him, but if you want to find out, it’s easy enough!”
“Hey, sir!” shouted Mr. Veneranda to the passing gentleman, “how are you?”
“Fine, thank you,” replied the gentleman, tipping his hat politely.
“There you go,” said Mr. Veneranda, giving a pat on the acquaintance's shoulder. “Are you happy now? He’s doing well. And the whole family too?” asked Mr. Veneranda again.
“Everyone’s doing well, thank you,” replied the gentleman, turning and waving.
“Did you see?” said Mr. Veneranda. “They’re all fine.”
“But I...” stammered Mr. Veneranda's acquaintance.
“Look, if you didn’t mean to talk about that gentleman over there, you could’ve told me clearly before; I tried to accommodate you. Blessed man,” murmured Mr. Veneranda, shaking his head and walking away. “What need did you have to address me? Couldn't you manage on your own?”
