Carrion Evil Is There!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. I'm preparing a more detailed comment at home, I can't do anything else at the moment. Bye!

Nice album, but the songs definitely sound better live.
Coroner Punishment for Decadence

Sorry for the delay, Fenni. This review is pure dynamite, just like the album itself. From the tomb-like cover, it's a total pleasure: atypical three-piece formation, incredibly original compositions, Baron in great shape, the right mix of speed and technique. We'll catch up soon anyway, bye!
Acid Reign Obnoxious

Hi Bartle, I finally manage to comment and to read the first of a series of rece-licks. I listened to Acid Reign around May and I would have really liked to find among the various Xentrix, Acid Reign, or Re-Animator (I can't decipher "Laughing") a nice little speed nugget made in Albion, but instead there was nothing, plenty of quantity and a few good ideas. The vocals at certain moments resemble those of Fugazi, then they gamble everything on time changes and a few riffs; perhaps with a more imaginative drummer, the outcome would have been different, who knows. Not everything in Acid Reign is to be thrown away (www.eutk.net), but above all, the review is superb, full of expertise and capable of spanning the band's history, musical proposal, and objective criticism. I also add that you should send out these reviews on repeat, at least another twenty :DDD. @ocram, I'm glad to see you here consistently, and if they fix my phone line, who knows, maybe old BartOcraBus will strike again. I had a wonderful vacation and at the beach, I only brought "Uneven" by Sieges Even, just to change things up a bit musically. Anyway, we'll catch up on the next reviews from the legendary Bartle, I hope not too long from now. Bye guys!

Very good, I'm going to listen to it.
Witchfinder General Death Penalty

Listen to it this morning. Good album and a superlative review that describes it perfectly: to be printed and read while listening to the album. An evocative cover in adolescence, while now it gets a "pfui" "tsk....tsk" or "sgrunt". Sometimes it seems like the singer approaches Stephen Percy of Ratt, but the album is more than enjoyable to listen to (it took me quite a while to get it after I read the review for the first time), indeed, it’s one that gets listened to several times. Bye!
Witchcraft The Alchemist

Great, but who knows when I'll be able to get it. In the meantime (very slowly) I'm listening to all the ones you've reviewed, I just listened to the Witchfinder General :DD

Listened to just yesterday. Decent album, in line with the comebacks of other thrash bands from the '80s, meaning modern production and some ideas still bouncing around in their heads. Clear technical improvement, as already seen with Onslaught, but at this point, all the bullets have been fired. I also listened to the previous one, but it seems to me that this has a more balanced production, even if "Collision Course" has a heart-stopping rhythm section (the Holzwarth brothers). The review is only decent, lacking a deeper dive into the tracks and the band in general (sound, lineup changes, technical improvement). However, it’s not too bad: 3 and a half.
