Whiplash Power and Pain

Hi Psycroptic, I recommend the first two: "Eternal Nightmare" and "Oppressing The Masses". However, I recently discovered three videos on YouTube related to the Thrash Of Titans tour 2001. The only one missing was Robb Flynn, whose place was taken first by Ray Vegas (ex Torque) and then by Troy Fua (ex Vio-Lence). Link: This is "Serial Killer", taken from the debut album, then there are also "Eternal Nightmare" from the first album and "Officer Nice" from the second. Enjoy! :-))

@the spirit you won't believe it, but up until "In God We Trust" I have all the Stryper vinyls, including the debut, I followed them up to "Against The Law". I even have a videotape of a concert in Japan :P

I've written quite a few threes, but you are very generous here :-))

Hey guys, I won't hide that positive comments always make me happy. Unlike Sfacia (great!), I processed this album during the last winter, in a rather dark period of my life. The songs I mentioned were its soundtrack, but now that everything has settled down, I see them in a different, more positive light.

I saw it recently and I liked it a lot, especially for the setting and the atmospheres. Great recommendation, well done.

The review is well done, but I haven't listened to the album. Lately, I've been re-listening to "Heaven And Hell" and "Mob Rules" with great pleasure, so I’ll check this one out later.

I didn't know the story of Appice and Bonham, but I have a vague and nice memory of the record. When I think of Carmine Appice, I always picture him dressed like a dandy sailor on the back cover of Blue Murder's 1989 album, almost twenty years after Cactus.
