Finished last night, and what can I say?! It's a great book. The authors referenced have never caught my attention, except for Steinbeck and Faulkner. And I've only read a little of the latter. In fact, the very complex and articulated narrative style reminds me a lot of Faulkner, and that's a positive factor for me. A Heart of Darkness that's much more political and realistic, recalling another work that probably few here are aware of: Arrivare prima del Signore Iddio - La Giuntina - ebraismo a portata di libro
Here too, the past of extermination, oppression, and the figure of the doctor dominate. Even though it's not strictly a novel, I found it stunning.

This film is an absolute must-see?! What should I watch now that you’ve told me everything? There are sentences that aren’t clear at all, and I even caught a mistake that can’t be a typo. I read it quickly, so there might be others too. And amidst all this, I see it raining fours and even a three from one that throws in two as if there’s no tomorrow. Did we read the same review?
