For Poddeddu: aside from the fact that information about this album is generally scarce... I did some research. The album is said to be produced by Sangue Misto, but in various radio interviews from that time, the three referred to Gruff as the main designer of the sound framework. All productions are by Gruff according to: Build a Free Website with Web Hosting | Tripod (Check at the bottom of the page). For Alex: what I find splendid (for me) is the album by Melma and Merda (always Deda with Kaos One and Sean) titled "Merda & Melma" (Aftermath Ent. / Interscope Records / Universal, 2000).

I had heard him at the Tora Tora Festival in Padova at the beginning of the summer - among other things, he had played the keyboards for Bugo (another curious character) about an hour before - and it was a great performance (the highlight was a slow version of Cieli Neri, just piano, spine-tingling!). Buy it or download it, but for me, you have to have it.

I don’t share your judgment; the album is disappointing and quite boring to me, not original at all except for the first single. I’ve always regretted the money spent on this album, even though Chris Cornell deserves the utmost respect for what he was. The Audioslave are better in any case, even if they undoubtedly sound like something I've heard before.
