Prince Dirty Mind
Voto:
Beautiful review, Prince is amazing! Among other things, he was one of the first to use keyboards as if they were wind instruments (this technique was later adopted by many during the '80s).

"I stay in bed drooling like Ambrogio Fogar and cry paralyzed with the breath of an old man on the run": it really brings bad luck, he's gone too! Corriere della Sera - E' morto Ambrogio Fogar

Maurizio Milani rules! One note: Cassini is famous, not so much for her long thigh, but rightly so for her legendary backside.

I agree with easy, who notes unsettling similarities in Digital Ash with Robert Smith's voice: I have to admit that it's one of the reasons I came to appreciate it. :-)

For now, I only have the second one (I only voted for that) and I have to say that I like it, even though it's nothing extraordinary. In summary: you're right about the second album. I'll get the first one soon, then we'll see... Great review.

I saw them again last night at the Banale in Padova. As if a year and eight months hadn't passed, the set is just like the one I saw at the Calamita in Cavriago (RE). They are super nice and accommodating. Frangipane wore a Julie's Haircut t-shirt to provoke (Max is referring to the singer of that band in Tono Metallico Standard) and the group appreciated it. Antimo_d, don't be upset about the poor reception of the review... they don't know what they're doing!

The Coward, I believe, is a metaphor: to say "coward," the word "worm" is used, but a caterpillar is also a worm, which produces something incredibly precious: silk. For me, the song is about a worm (or a person considered cowardly by most, but capable of producing something valuable - Godano himself, who creates his own music?) who speaks of himself: "I am woven, thread and fabric: silk! What do you think, silk! SILK!" could mean this. Then, the question "do a hundred thousand lame ways of weaving count more" could imply that, while there are many artists working with tricks on a not-so-precious raw material, he produces something intrinsically valuable... these are fan fantasies, but this piece has a magnetic charm for me. Can you tell it's Friday and I don't feel like working?

I had also written this earlier, damn... :-)
