Supergrass Supergrass Is 10
Voto:
They're cool, Supergrass. Like Humax, I've worn out the first album, but the second one is fantastic too. Supergrass and Life On Other Planets partially disappointed me; it felt like too many references and too little inspiration, even though there are some fantastic moments in those works as well. Live, they are engaging, definitely worth seeing. A somewhat minimalist review, but welcome nonetheless :-)
Portishead Roseland NYC Live

Magnificent. Too bad Portishead are so unprolific... during their endless periods of reflection, one has to settle for substitutes.
Some time ago, the wizard made me a CD with a few remixes, among which I highlight a version of Glory Box with reversed beats: the whole piece runs on the beautiful violent base, the one that in the original version kicks in after Beth sings "this is the beginning of forever"; the original base (the one with the loop used by Tricky for Hell Is Round The Corner and who knows how many others) is only heard for a few seconds... The remix is incredibly intense and fits perfectly with Beth's original vocals. A gem, I really like it a lot. Great review.

Absolutely not, that's exactly why I had fun, I recognized myself in it!

Understand me, fuck... My knowledge of the term "muff" is limited to certain pornographic sites, so... I had understood something entirely different: I was struck by the audacity of the joke, in short.

"Big Muff (if you don't know what it is, too bad for you, I'm only willing to explain it to zzzzzz)" AHAHA AHHAHAHA AHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! LEGEND! The album (as is almost always the case when you review) I don't know. And neither the band. Alas, what ignorance... :(

Disdained myself as well... I don’t know, everything is well done, the voice is very pleasant, but... it doesn’t resonate with me, there's not much to be done! Anyway, the review is very heartfelt. I like how Socrates describes that strange feeling you get when some artist is perfectly in tune with our states of mind, the part about egocentric delirium is hilarious! :D

The review of this masterpiece was truly missing, well done Iron Lion ZiOn! I join qzerty in mentioning Midnight In A Perfect World, one of my all-time favorites.

Benvegnù had somewhat disowned that album, or at least he claimed it was "a bit ugly"... what do you say about it, Maynard?

Anyway, Carmageddon... aaaahhhh how beautiful it was... graphics not stellar, but, damn, what a game! With the old ladies to run over... there should be a forum like "the nerd side of every de-user: video games. Which one has obsessed you the most?". ;)

Ah, man, the Quake II demo didn’t have Radiohead, it’s just that I had just started playing and my cousin tells me "check this out, it’s awesome" and puts Ok Computer in the CD-ROM... crazy, but that’s how my first listen of Radiohead went.
