THE REVIEW

All is bliss...

Do you remember the Cynic? WHAT! You don't know who they are?! Well then, you better run and grab their only existing CD (Focus) to understand what it means to know how to write and play a certain type of music (Fusion)...
You're probably wondering why I haven't talked about Aghora yet... well, simply because this band includes two gentlemen such as Sean Reinert (drums and percussions) and Sean Malone (fretless bass) who were part of Cynic and who bring back the genre in this group.

This is undeniably an album that is musically supreme, even though I can understand that taste-wise it might be more or less appealing... therefore, I can only recommend that you listen to it in some way, especially if you are musicians who enjoy hearing people who know how to play.

Sean Malone is a genius and surrounds himself exclusively with geniuses.

This "Aghora" should be counted among the ultimate masterpieces of the most extreme prog along with the albums of Cynic, Rush, Spiral Architect, and Gordian Knot.
